Ok, so a few blog post back I told you about a friend of mine I was teaching themobile home business. He bought his first 2 trailors solo after I adviced him no; due to the price, management and look of the park.
Well, I am happy to say that he got both homes filled rather easily. It did take more time than usual to fill both homes but even in this “poor” economy, a semi ghetto park and park managers that at first seem to be a bit bitchy (now realizing they fit into the tough but fair catagory); he is very happy with his first 2 investments!
Through only marketing with bandit signs he was able to sell both homes via owner finacing within only 2 ½ weeks.
But the BEST part is that the park managers are actually very nice and helpful ladies. Today they called up Henry and told him of 2 sweet mobile home deals. but read on…
This brings us to a very excellent point. People are people. The park mangers did turn Henry onto the deals but mainly because they did not want another certain gentleman (local investor renting to homeless people and drug addicts).
The point here is that all people reading this blog, nodoubtlly will only sell to nice clean families with good jobs that like will pay every month.
Long story short “the mobile home business is booming AND do right your park managers” they are one of the best source of leads you have.
