Using the correct paperwork you can have all the benefits of “Selling” a mobile home and holding paper (zero liability, income, amortization, profits, hands free management) AND at the same time be able to morph the existing paperwork, legally to a residential lease form for the added benefits of being able to evict rather than foreclose PLUS tax shelter benefits.
