Thank you John for this post. I have had this exact same question for the past 3 months since I began looking towards real estate investing as a way to leave my full time nightmare, I mean Job.
No one has been able to answer this question for me as thoroughly as you have just now.
I just stumbled onto your site from a friend and I really like your down to Earth strategies and plan. There are mobile homes in parks and on land all around me in southern Ca and I can’t wait to start investing.
You really are a Godsend for me and I thank you for your time and honesty in this video.
