Imagine you are owner of a grocery store. Lets pretend that whenever someone wanted to come in and buy your stuff you must answer the phone and tell the potential buyer:
- Exactly what you had available for sale in your store
- The price
- The description of the produce or food
- Help answer all their questions
- Give them driving directions to your store.
The customer then drives down to your store –> looks around –> and drives off without buying a thing!
As Investors we have a limited number of hours in each day to work on our businesses. HELL, as people we only have a certain number of precious minutes in each day (1,440 to be exact).
Why spend 1 more second on remedial tasks that a machine could do for a few dollars per month.
If you’re anything like me you market anywhere between 1 and 4 properties at any given time for rent or sale. Talking to all these “wanna-be” buyers use to give me migraines… NO JOKE! I wasn’t diagnosed with migraines until I started picking up my phone each time a potential buyer would call… I would then tell them the same thing I told the last 50 callers before…

GREAT ADVICE! I have been dealing with this exact same situation. Even if I may want to answer the phone because I know its a potential buyer I can’t while working my job. This is great John, thanks again.
