What was your biggest or most life changing eye-opening r/e investing moment of 2010?

For me it was helping a group of newer investors go from timid and never almost never having closed an investment deal to everyone closing their first deal and more importantly building confidence in other by action… but the real ahhhh-haaaaa moment is when I realized that helping others actually is making me a better investor too!

Since January 2010 I have been a weekly guest writer for BiggerPockets.com. If you’ve never been there check the site out, it’s in the Top 5 real estate and business education sites and I know has personally help me build some kick ass relationships with people all over North America.
