Tony Robbins Predicting the Coming Market

Hey group,

Everyone of us should knows who Tony Robbins is I would think? In this 2 part video Tony basically predicts the future of the stock, economic, and real estate world for us. Keep in mind all this is simply something to consider.

Watch the 20 minute video above or here are my big “ah-haa” moments.

  • The baby-boomers are like a pig going through a snake.
  • History is based on human emotion – more bad to come?
  • Winter is a harsh season with sunny days. If YOU know where the market is headed you CAN make money!
  • Tighten your purse strings. Does this mean stop buying?


Let’s apply this to mobile home investing.

  • If the bottom 2 levels of the tax bracket continue to increase their climb in unemployment percentages, many mobile home owners will lose their jobs and ability to pay their mortgages, tax bills, and/or park payments.
  • If the home owners can not sell their mobile home to other mobile home buyers (whom are also in same income/job pinch) for all cash and quickly who will they call. (the answer I’m looking for isn’t ghostbuster) Investor demand UP!
  • As investors we may want to begin or continue to purchase (mid to upper scale) mobile homes utilizing mostly seller held financing.
  • We should continue to build up our buyers lists to eliminate holding costs (something you should be doing anyway)
  • Continue targeting mobile home buyers that have money down and a steady work history. This is easiest done when selling a nice mobile home, junkier homes will receive less down – but hopefully you got the home for a deep discount or slam-dunk terms and begin cash-flow day 1.
  • Bank financing down but people still need to have a roof over their heads. Selling demand UP!

    Hey John,
    Thanks for bringing those videos to our attention! Consolidated national & global info from Tony Robbins and your editorial as it pertains to MH Investing make for efficient use of my time!
    One can easily get depressed with the daily news unless you know how to see the opportunities; taking a contrarian attitude/approach. Most of us have read/heard of quotes of famous wealthy people (i.e. Buffett) who do the opposite of what seems to apparent. Your perspective helps keep our wits about us in these uncertain times.
    The “particulars” of what to do, I think, is what escapes us and I look forward to hearing from you as to what those might be that we might take the greatest advantage of this small window of time.

    I cant agree more!

    I had a great weekend and was able to secure 2 buyers.. the cool thing in this is that in the process in helping these people, I was able to do a financial planning 101.. this business if bringing new life to me in that I can use my financial background, help people with a home and set up a great passive income for my future.. a few nuts n bolts.. and I should have my first tow or 3 deals done.. 1 thing I’ll share.. as people are looking for down payment money.. plant the seeds for the coming year.. TAX – RETURNS!!! for a down payment…

      Hi Trevor, Somethings are different when buying and selling manufactured homes with land; like there is no escrow period for closing so deals can happen even quicker than in the states. Long story short YES, buying/holding/selling can all happen in Canada and is covered in the course to make you upfront cash and a monthly income stream with mobiles. – John
