I am a single person and have been for a long time. I was a single mother for many years and really wasn’t able to take any risks on business ventures.  I lived in a double wide mobile home for 20 years while raising them in a small park with only 8 units in Maryland (I now live in Delaware). After my last child graduated from high school, I was able to buy my first home about 41/2 years ago and now my goal is to scale a successful mobile home investment venture and eventually in traditional real estate. My biggest goal of all is to help others obtain homes they can afford.
