As much as 2020 has sucked in many ways, it’s also been my best year ever!

So far I have closed 4 houses and 1 house is looking for TB. So there are 4 promissory notes that generate $2,400 per month for 5 years.

Just wanted to let you know we sold the property and I truly appreciate your guidance and support Bought it for 15000 Sold it 35000 — 15 k down- 10k 30 days – final 10k 30 days

We put in some new floors and carpet and cleaned it up So this is truly a nice profit!!
