We are working on another mobile we just bought last week.  I will try to get it on face book as soon as possible… We just sold another today and spent most of today at the escrow office…YIPPEE!!

The thing I like about this is that I AM NOT a property manager!

I want you to understand, that the value and info I have gotten out of your course, I feel, has been worth much more than I have paid. It is very, very apparent the ungodly amount of time you must have dedicated to putting it all together, and I am just through the first 2 modules.

I just ordered the Platinum Training, and now I am looking at HUGE profits with mobile homes on private land. It is very exciting to now have the tools to make these deals possible.

Total profit in this deal will be $3,073, which doubles my initial investment. Have I mentioned I love this business!?! 🙂
