First one! Congratulations to us! You will probably get a ton of questions thrown your way so hopefully I won’t get too annoying. I did a little victory dance earlier. It is all downhill from here, the best feeling is just after you get the agreement then the doubt creeps in, buyer’s remorse, oh no, did i value the property correctly, what if it takes too long to sell, what if the buyer’s back out…….then relief after it is sold, you know the feeling. I am still riding the high right now though. I will talk to you tomorrow I am sure. Thanks for all of the encouragement and guidance.
