Just bought our second home 3k cash 3/1.5. Thanks again for your help.

Just wanted to update you on my first deal again. We’re 1 week away from finishing the rehab and have already sold the home! I just signed the deal to sell it for $125k CASH. Unbelievable! We will walk away with between 45-48k net profit…I’ll know the exact number when I pay my guys the last time and add it all up on my spreadsheet. I can’t even tell you how grateful I am for all you’ve taught me.

I got home and guess what. I posted a wanted ad, the exact one in the formula and I got a call!!!!!. He said in the voice mail that he had 2 mobiles he was trying to sell!

I know this program is much better than “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. I have all Robert Kiyosaki’s books but never found any actionable items. I keep searching for ideas that matches Robert’s system and tried and failed in many ventures. John’s program is a step by step actionable system. If I work hard, I can see myself freed from desk job in two years. So excited!

I will be using my LLC name inside a Trust on every mobile sale. Thanks to you John for all your guidance on this in the program.

SUPER PUMPED!!!  My sister and I have  secured our first buyer just waiting for the park to finalize the background check. Purchase price $14K sale price $30 K   But that’s not it!  We also have another motivated buyer on our other property that we haven’t even started renovating yet this is unreal Purchase price $1,200 potential Sale price $40k- $42K THIS IS AWESOME!
