John knows I just started doing mobiles May 4th. This makes the 14th deal in 13 weeks as of Aug 4th… The cash flow from 3 of these is paying for my new truck.

I just wanted to say thanks for all of the support and videos you post. It tough me how to do this! I just sold my second home in a park on terms 2k down $300/ month for 96 months on a home I got for free the park paid to move and I put 5k into remodeling.

Thank you for opening my eyes to the possibilities and showing with actual solid reasoning how to get started and some of the things to look out for.

I also wanted to thank you for being so easy to learn from. I can listen to hours of your videos without getting sick of your training.

I would like to commend you and your team for the program and the way your site is set up. It is encouraging but points out the realistic effort that it will take. A very good mix.

I have received the Course and am impressed – Kudos to you. The course is amazingly comprehensive and concise. You have thought of everything and make it easy for a beginning investor. Wherever possible you have provided useful “done for you” material. You properly emphasize the importance of personal attitude and building solid supportive relationships with your clients.
